SARAS Technology is proud to announce its new SPA115, 700 to 2700MHz, linear power amplifier, capable of 2W UMTS/LTE. It is ideal for use with SDRs and other applications such as small cells for the mobile comms market covering 2G, 3G and 4G over several frequency bands requiring high linearity in digital modulation schemes.
